Cheap Lunch

Cheap Lunch is held in Lopata Gallery almost every Wednesday throughout the year. For a small price, you get pizza and all-you- can- eat chips and cookies. Any profit we make is used to put on bigger and better events for you, the students, so we hope you will help support it by coming down and eating some pizza. The chair for this committee is elected for the next semester at the end of the current semester. For fall, Kevin Mallon is the chair for Cheap Lunch and is already working to make it bigger and better than ever. There is always work to be done setting up and taking down Cheap Lunch, as well as getting supplies every week. If you are interested in helping, you can let us know, or just show up in Lopata Gallery on Wednesdays between 10am and 1pm. The chair for spring semester could be you!  

Each week at Cheap Lunch, we try to have potential employers host a table to give students an opportunity to look for job and internship opportunities as well as give the employers a chance to show off their company and meet students. We are always looking for more employers to host a table so if you have any ideas or suggestions or a good contact, let us know. Companies usually give away cool free stuff so swing by their tables at Cheap Lunch. Who knows? Maybe you will find your dream job or internship, but at the very least you should get a free pen!  

Some companies coming this semester include Microsoft and General Mills.
