Advisory Boards
The Campus Affairs committee is responsible for encouraging and monitoring student participation in the engineering school's advisory boards. Each department has an advisory board, which consists of both students and faculty. While the nature of the advisory board is different for each department, typically these boards are charged with providing input about decisions regarding academic policy, some administrative details, and department-wide events. In an effort to improve communications with the department, we are trying to ensure that at least one member from each advisory board is a member of the Campus Affairs committee.
